We came in from out of town and after a long day wanted an easy dinner so we could relax. We attempted multiple times to place an order online, the site would not allow us to. It stated there was an error and to call the store directly. We attempted to place an order over the phone, the male who answered stated that I would not be offered the nationally advertised options that were offered on the site. Stating it was menu pricing only. Even after we attempted to tell him that the site had directed us to call because there was an error he refused to give us the pricing and deals set by his own corporation headquarters.
Ate here twice; once pasta and other time pizza. Both tasted great as usual with Domino's. There's seating available so you can eat-in as well as take out. They sell pizza, pasta and subs. Good location. Fast service; I feel every Domino's always works really organized and efficient.
Ordered In Store; Quick service, took 5 to 10 minutes at most from order to walking out with my pizza. Pizza was good HOWEVER it was wrong. Make sure you check everything is correct before you leave or you are straight out of luck trying to get it replaced or fixed... Probably will not return here...
Well, the manager of this location just told me that the 7 block away address that I have ordered from before was too far away... so there's that. It's the same location that delivers twice as far to my actual home. Additionally, they are terrible about any extras so just don't waste time on the sauces. The pizza is good and the delivery guys have always been excellent. I hope this doesn't become a regular issue.
If there was a choice for a “0” star I would have definitely chose it. I ordered my ONE large pizza at 10:15 p.m. They said it’d take 45 minutes to be at my hotel room. I thought that was reasonable. Well 11:50 rolls around and it’s still not here. So, I called to see where my pizza was and she said she’d look in the system and to hold for a minute. Well I guess she forgot I was on the phone because I waited for 20 MINUTES for her to answer. I hung up, called back and she answered to tell me my order was never put in the system. AWFUL service. She hun up right after she said it wasn’t in the system.
