Daron Greeted all customers, was made to feel Very Welcome..The Cook's and staff were Also Very Friendly and Professional...I only Waited about 8-9 mins and My Order was ready..Small Personal Meat lovers.."Only Negative is that "Upper Management" Removed the All you can Eat Lunch Buffet from THIS LOCATION.... NOW Me and my family have to Travel all the way to the Gretna Location on the Westbank,when I live nearby this Rousseau Pizza Hut..."Bummer".. Otherwise Great Experience..I would Recommend this Location for Professional Service.. with Daron as a Great Gen Mgr.and team Leader.."Please Restore the Lunch Buffet..and If People are abusing it, I recommend keeping an attendant to monitor the Dining area...,"Loyal Customer..

Severely short staffed. There seemed to be only 2 employees working the lunch hour rush and with only 2 ppl doing EVERYTHING! One of the workers was also the DELIVERY person leaving ONE person to take orders, cook, make pizza, answer phones and all with a very nice calm and even pleasant demeanor. The food was excellent, however, I can't give 5 stars due to the fact that the wait was pretty long due the a shortage of employees. I would love to see places such Pizza hut and Wal-Mart treat their employees better ensuring a happier and more dedicated employee.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION!! YOU WILL REGRET IT!! 2 times I ordered from this location. The first time it took 2.5 hours to get to me. I was told "we only have 1 driver on duty" so the wait was ridiculous. The second time I had to cancel my order and the experience I had was an outrage. I had even gone as far to call the store prior to ordering to ask "Do you have more than one driver?" They said yes. Then I asked "What's the eta?" And I was told 30-40 mins. Well 1.5 hours later I was on the phone calling wondering where my order was. The girl on the phone couldn't find Amy details on my order then finally another person told me it was otw. 20 mins after that I called back (almost 10 mins from being off work now.) And asked where my food was at and told them I was extremely dissatisfied. They hung up on me. I received a call from their driver immediately after who told me she was lost, couldn't find my location. I explained to her I wanted my order cancelled. She then told me "I'm the only driver on duty" which told me the store had lied to me just to grab my money. I assured her it wasn't her fault but I wanted the order cancelled because of how I had been lied to and how I was treated over the phone. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!
