Service sucks so bad I would never rent there not recommend it to anyone... Fire everyone and rehire
They know what they're doing, they're just short staffed and make you wait for way too long.
Poor security took 48 hours to fix my storage unit after some one tried to brake into it. Doors to building that houses the storage units were wide open 8 out of 9 times in a two week period when I had road by or stopped in to retrieve idems from my unit. Management was not helpful and rude. Reginal management has never followed up with me and have me a end report as asked by myself or as stated would happen by them. I have never been able to swipe my key card and able to open the door. It takes a good 8 to at times 20 times or walking back to office for asesten. The buzzer at door does not work or the people in the office just ignore it. One way or the other and all other idems I have mentioned, does not make for "24 hour" security. That is one of the Biggie's one is looking for and told your paying for. Again this has just been my experience. If this has not been your experience I am truly happy for you and hope it works out better for others.
