Best value in the city for renting a bike! Very laid back, just needed to send a text to let them know I was keeping the bike an extra day. The bike was a simple fixed gear bike, but for a city as flat as NOLA I had no problems getting around. Would definitely use Arts District Bike Rental again!
Very nice people. Very helpful. Get what you pay for. We had 2 different occasions for flat tires, with 6 bikes and gone 5 hours, not bad. Gentleman was there to give a replacement within 10 minutes. Very impressed with the service.
Phenomenal bike rental!! $20/24 hours (cash only). I rented a cruiser and it was perfect for leisurely exploring this wonderful city. The owner was a sweetheart and introduced me to riding with foot brakes!! Also she has an amazing garden in her backyard! Thank you for a wonderful experience :)
Awesome service! I rented 3 bikes for my birthday and the process was very easy. Only bike service in New Orleans that responded in a timely manner and were very helpful anytime we had questions. Bikes were in great shape and the lights were awesome! I recommend them to everyone. Great value for price.
