The room was spacious, comfortable, and well equipped with a fridge and microwave. There was no view, but the gorgeous views from the rooftop pool helped make up for it. The pool, unfortunately, was not heated and we were unable to use the pool as planned. This was disappointing as the pool was one of the main reasons for my choice of hotel. Finally, when we received our toiletries one night, there was someone's hair on the lotion bottle.
Everything was great except there were a few things that could gave been better. We were told we had a sleep number bed and we did not. The next day after they cleaned our room we had no bath towels. All the other towels were replaced but not the bath towels. Other than those 2 issues everything was great.
The roof top pool has amazing views. You can see all of downtown you can see the Superdome and you can even see straight down Bourbon Street from the roof. Rooms are very spacious.
I visited this hotel on business. It had good clean rooms. Beds were firm but pillows way too soft. Workout and pool on the top floor but make sure you know the hours. Breakfast was an extra charge. I didn't drive but it also seemed like parking was an extra charge too.
Comfy bed. Nice view from the roof-top pool! Unfortunately the extensive amount of loose tiles made it feel unsafe and put my whole family on edge. It was nice to have a reasonably priced drink at the cute, tiny bar but, I could have done without the excessive tapping from the valet as I collected my family's overnight bags. Most of the room was clean, bathroom floor was not.
