There are perks for being a Hilton Honors Gold member. Access to the executive lounge, breakfast, 2 free, then discounted drinks. Although we to ask for the beer to be refilled. Staff was professional and welcoming. Valet parking was a little difficult as they only had one valet parker. Room is spacious and clean. Centrally located to everything.

This hotel is in a great location but needs to be updated and needs a good cleaning! The front entrance, lobby and hallways had a constant musty smell. The lobby and common areas were poorly decorated despite the fact the the hotel itself is in a beautiful, historic building. Service was mediocre and the breakfast was lacking in choices. We stayed in a corner room with a nice view, but the windows were filthy! Also, in our large room there was a closet but no drawers or dresser to unpack your clothing. We tried to eat at Luke, the restaurant located in this hotel, but it was so loud we could not stay for dinner. Fortunately, there are many good restaurants close by this hotel. We are Hilton Honor members and always stay at Hilton properties when we travel but were very disappointed with this hotel. Lastly, it was pretty expensive to stay here (about $380/night) and overall hotel experience was not worth the price.

the clerks at check in are great. the valet was good as well. the rooms are clean..and it's right smack in the middle of EVERYTHING! Great hotel... Hilton is the best.

There was no bell hop or concierge when we arrived with all our luggage after having to park around the block. The door was difficult to manage with the amount of luggage that we had. This was a bit frustrating after driving for 9 hours that day. Other than that our stay was enjoyable. The fitness room was sufficient, the room was clean and nice, and the restaurant attached to the hotel was divine. I've only ever seen one Hotel employee since we've been here so I cannot attest to the customer service for this review. I would stay here again based on it's location, local amneities, price, and comfort.

A good hotel in a good location. Not too far to walk to the French quarter. Suites are spacious and modern. The hotel is a historic building so has an old feel to it, but the rooms have a modern but classic feel. Tram stop is just outside so you can easily access the transit network.
