Staff has been great. Room was clean upon arrival. Check in with easy. Only complaint is there are no vending machines you have to go to the gallery for snacks, which they sold out of on more than one occasion.
The only disappointing fact is I could hear what happening in the lobby from my room. This includes people talking, walking, elevator ding etc.
Over all the experience of staying here for couple of days was good.
Great place to stay if you are in town for the Essence music festival. Right across the street from the convention center, close to the mall and the casino. They have a great breakfast and the staff is really friendly and helpful.
Hotel was located close to the convention center which is perfect if going there is the reason you are in New Orleans. The staff was very nice and I enjoyed my stay. The rooms were a bit older than I would have liked. It won't be too long before renovations are needed. Also if you are looking to go out later in the evening, it's pretty far from Bourbon Street and the casino.
Loved this place. The warehouse district has really changed. Lots of really good restaurants. Quick walk to the quarter. The hotel itself has a great staff, all super friendly and professional. The rooms are big clean and have good amenities. Very reasonably priced. Real good location
Great staff. This hotel serves bread and breakfast. The breakfast menu had a nice variety of food. Rooms very well maintained and clean. Hyatt's easy check-in and check-out process makes life easy. Staff was very welcoming and friendly. Good tips make them friendlier
