The hotel was beautiful! The staff is friendly and helpful and paying extra for a river view is absolutely worth it. This is a very busy hotel and there is lots of noise and lots of people in the lobby so that was surprising to me but I still loved it! The outdoor pools area is gorgeous too! It was a wonderful stay!!
This is a phenomenal hotel with excellent staff and amenities. Fro the lobby to the Riverview penthouse-like event halls on the upper (41st) floor, this hotel is impressive. The conference hall areas (Floors 2 through 4) are vast and well suited for medium to large-scale conferences. There's plenty of seating and square footage for just about anything. The rooms are also very well kept and the views over the Mississippi are excellent!
What a fabulous hotel. Beyond expectations. GM Robert should be commended on a well run establishment. Staff is extraordinary. We felt very welcomed by everyone. This is a 5 star home!
Nice hotel. Good M Club but a bit small. Weird elevator situation can get dicey. Nice fitness center, close to everything. Great views from higher floors. If definitely stay here again.
Very nice rooms and good customer service. Limited food selection on site but plenty great restaurants very close. M club needs a little work though small and crowed
