The rooms are clean. The staff is nice and helpful. Also the location is convenient for people that would like to visit New Orleans. This has definitely been the best hotel stay I've ever had.
The hallways had a distinct odor that was quite objectionable. The first room we attempted to occupy had an equally objectionable odor. The second room that we finally stayed in was not quite as bad but still had some amount smell to it the dressers in the second Unit were virtually unusable as the drawers or broken overall I'd say it was probably the worst Motel 6 I have stayed in
We stayed at this location for several months while waiting on our house to be repaired. The front desk was very helpful and the housekeepers do such a wonderful job. I would recommend Studio 6 for anyone that is away from home and wants the feeling of being home and it is reasonably priced.
If you are a family looking for a decent hotel for you and your family DO NOT stay here. The hallways are filled with smoke from people smoking weed and cigarettes. I damn near got a contact high just from leaving my room. Rooms would have been excellent had they actually moped the floors every once in awhile. The elevator was out of service so we took the stairs, which had blood all over the guardrail. I had to walk back up to the fourth floor to wash my hands. There is a armed security guard that walls the hotel which is obvious he doesn't care, considering im sure he knows what marijauna smells like. There was screaming and hollering coming from the halls by drunk idiots. Children DO NOT need to be exposed to this!!!
Christina at the front desk was great. I was able to get in early for my reservation. The stay was fine. The only thing had to flush the toilet twice. I only saw one roach. The other tenants had dogs and the elevator smelled like pee. Other than that it was good
