Food was good for what was available. No bread pudding asked for a refund they didn't seem happy about. I didn't come to new orleans to eat cheesecake sorry. Bread pudding or bust. She had me sign a new receipt. And I was still charged original price. Was supposed to get 7.20 back. 2 days later no pending charges even for that new receipt she had me sign. So ill be disputing this. My wife didnt like her food it was a sausage bread bowl. I love my peacemaker tbough but 2 of the oysters had gone bad before therm fried tbem. Rest of fried oyster and shrimp tasted great. Will be disputed entire transaction. Too shady..go to the Real acme oyster house. Not the one in harrahs.

Chargrillef oyster we're insanely overcooked. Worst part is that 3 of the dozen tasted strongly of fish. And I mean like FISH not oysters. I've been eating them both for years and I very much know the difference. Stick to the OG New Orleans location and avoid this. Would not recommend....
We came here just for grilled oysters and boom boom shrimp and both were delicious! The oysters were chargrilled in this buttery sauce with cheese. Very rich. Very good. I think the cheese was parmaseany but not sure what kind it was exactly. It comes with slices of bread I liked to dip in the buttery garlic juice. The boom boom chicken is fried chicken covered in a sweet and spicy sauce (almost like a orange chicken sauce). Addicting. Service is good and the ambiance is relaxed. Would come here again for grilled oysters:)
The food was barely decent at best. That would be shining stars compared to the service received. On a slow Sunday afternoon the tables were disgustingly dirty. Ordered a bowl and a cup of gumbo. Taste like it's from a can. Apparently these come in the exact same serving dish and have no difference of size just the price you pay. Told the waitress that she said no they are different and ran off. Went to speak with ordering cashier and the waitress again told me "I already told you they different". Then my question was basically ignored by both. You're much better off going elsewhere. Hell go to fudruckers.
