My wife and I had this yesterday when the truck was outside the Fragniappe in Slidell, La. we had the trash grits and sweet potatoe frys. THEY WERE BOTH AMAZING!!! When we come back to that area we will find that truck!! We can't stop talking about how great it was.

I am not affiliated with your business or the food industry, so I have no idea why you changed your response to "this review was left by a former employee." I have never even worked for Fete au Fete in my life. I think that is a bit unfair very deceitful to write. I was going to contact you about my experience since you kindly asked me to do so until I received notice that you changed your response. I have had your food before and it just wasn't good, unfortunately. My service date was about 2-3 weeks ago. It's not uncommon to get a low review every now and then. If you check your Yelp page there are a few low reviews there too.
