Iconic restaurant is usually a must do for us. Food was great. Art deco in bar was pretty awesome. We shared the sampler platter and could barely finish it.
The waiter didn't understand my drink order, three different times. It wasn't THAT hard, bartender got it right the instant I went to the bar and asked. Service was poor, experience was alright, the bathrooms we're super clean though, that was refreshing in the French Quarter. It was clean and well managed too actually now that I recall my second visit in the later hours lol
It's a classic american restaurant. It has a gift shop. There's a great service. There is a great variety for food options and a plus is that if you are a calorie counter they give you the amount. I tried an appetizer sampler it included quesadillas, chicken wings, tacos and it was very good. Very good offers for cocktails.
Rib eye steak was great. Well seasoned. Said it came with seasoned veggies but 1 stalk of broccoli doesn't qualify as multiple vegetables. Free top up on drinks too. Also the 2hr wait for a table at midday was a bummer.
What a great experience. Of all the places we could eat my son chose The Hard Rock Cafe. What a great choice. From our Waiter,Devell with an awesome personality and the greatest laugh and smile,very friendly and attentive to the manager George walking around to the tables sincerely talking to the customers. The place was busy,the employees were all smiling and seemed to be having a good time. I loved the uniqueness of everyone of the employees. What a great atmosphere to be in. The food was also delicious,by the way. Generous portions,and prices are fair for the location.
