Worst experience I’ve ever experienced the lady shantel G was very rude and condescending. We did nothing to deserve such behavior the food was okay but the service made us want to never come back again I absolutely hate this place!!!
Service there was great! The man fixing the burgers was friendly and very precessional and made us feel very welcomed!
Terrible customer service, cashier took her time walking to the cashier and appeared inconvenienced that i was ordering as if i was a bother. Everything on the menu was al la carte and expensive. Burger was cooked well BUT the burger had absolutely no flavor. The barbecue sauce on the burger was atrocious, sour and lacking in any sort of pleasing flavor. The fries were hot and plentiful but soggy and they had the basket rack of fries just sitting next to the prep line. Will never be back to another mooyahs.
Poor Customer Service with rude workers. I was extremely disappointed as I pride myself on supporting businesses that hire African American young adults. I asked for the Mooyah Burger but with Turkey. I was baffled that their system wasn't simple enough to just replace the beef with a Turkey patty with a simple upcharge. They had to ring the specialty Turkey Avocado Melt and remove the toppings I didn't want. 2. The cooks placed 3 patties down at a time during rush hour. Too many workers on the clock for their slow productivity and less than amicable customer service. Food too pricey for the mediocre taste.
