Well, I should have heeded warning. I thought by going there at 10pm I wouldn’t encounter the cold food issues, assuming it would be relatively fresh because they must maintain “hold” times.
I go to this place at least twice a week. You have to wait a minute for your food, buy everyone there is awesome! The food is hot and the service is outstanding. It is so worth the wait. FIVE STARS FOR SERVICE. This place is awesome.
The place was filthy and it had a horrible smell. Also I had to tip toe until I got to the dilapidated carpet because the floor was hazardously slippery.
The WORSE food I've ever had! I was the only customer at the restaurant and my food was cold and Dry!!! I don't see why it was so hard to get a well done burger with fresh fries. Don't recommend nobody to buy food from here!
I sat for 15 min for chicken tenders. Four people who came in after me got their burgers fries and drink before me. Then the cashier gives the tenders to someone else, walked out front, got them back, and expected me to accept them!! I don't know if that person is sick or not. It's freaking ridiculous!! They were not short staffed either. I wish I could have given half a star....
You know what they say about assumptions... the food was barely luke-warm, the fries were cold and soggy, and the wait in the drive-thru was long (there were only two cars in front of me). The one redeeming quality of this trip was the very pleasant lady working the window. She’s the reason for the extra star.
