James Jr and James Sr are both gentlemen and clearly love what they do. The service was excellent and the car was clean and in great working order. This is a good small business alternative to the big names in car rentals. I'll be a repeat customer.

I live in southern California. I arrived at the airport in New Orleans to pick up my wife and 4 kids 3 hrs away. I had a reservation with Hertz. When I arrived I was told my reservation was not going through. At the time I had a prepaid debt card. I TRIED THEM ALL hertz, avis, dollar, buget, literly every major company in new Orlean they all told me in a very rude manner that my card and cash were no good and that NO ONE WOULD HELP ME. Getting closet to my dead line to fly out with a drive ahead I found A PRIORITY ONE a father and son compay. A small business that that survived even hurricane Katrina. They renting me a beautiful Nissan maxima. Just had to put a small deposit down which they took the fees out of for the car upon return. Being emarrsed all day by the bigger companies they made me feel as if I was helping them. Friendly funny complimentary fast are a few ways to describe them. They gave me and my family a ride back to the airport when I return the vehicle and my trip was saved. Thank you A Priority One I hope you continue to be around and I would recommend to them everyone. With credit cards or without. Can't wait to rent from you in the future.
