i paid for the extra insurance and was checked in by an enterprise agent when the van was returned. the next morning I was called to be asked about a hanging fog light. We had no incidence with the vehicle, but what was the purpose of the insurance. it was corrected. Enterprise is my preferred rental car company and usually their service is excellent.

The Budget rental is just as close as Enterprise in downtown New Orleans, I guess it is time to switch rental companies.
Fast and easy. Take extra measures like confirming the rental agreement, clarifying your insurance coverage, and taking pictures of the car's conditions to avoid unexpected charges. I did not experience any questionable charges during this rental. In and out in approximately 30 minutes. Easy place to spot. Staff were professional.
Rented a standard car, given a compact car from the New Orleans Baronne location. I thought the car looked small, the person taking care of the rental pickup never said anything about the size or mentioned reducing the rate. I thought I might be late on the return, called Enterprise to let them know and the person stated that I had a compact. When I returned the car the scheduled date, the person checking the car confirmed it was a compact.
The last car I rented from the same location had a cracked windshield. I asked about the windshield don't worry about getting stopped or a ticket.
