Very DISHONEST business: I have been using budget rental for many years, and this is the first time I found some one tried to put optional items on my bill without telling me. When you are with your family during vacation, you are excited and wait for the car to take them out. But take a look at the bill carefully before you put initials, they will sneak in the options you never ask for and have you pay!!! I eventually had to dispute this with my credit card company.
