i was happy to find a place that rented scooters because of my limited mobility however i think the price was extremely high for a scooter! it would have been cheaper to rent a car! and 3 weekd later i called again to rent one for two days and they charged me 180 dollars they went up! please you should really be fair with these prices we are talking about a scooter wheelchair not a car!
Website lies you cannot get delivery at 7 a.m. which is what you select when purchasing online! We will make sure to bring our scooter from now on! Terrible business!!
I emailed for a quote and someone named Monique left a message for me to call her extension. I tried during business hours Saturday and got a message saying the representative was unavailable. I tried calling two more times, same thing. I also tried the main option 1 to talk to someone about renting and AGAIN got the message no one was available. There was no voicemail option. I guess they don't want peoples' business very much. :(
